Before implementing Darwin AI, we faced several major challenges. One of the biggest problems was lead management. Every time a customer registered on our website or application, information accumulated, resulting in a slow response time. Fast response is crucial in our business; if we don't respond at the right time, customer interest may diminish. In addition, training and maintaining a motivated sales team represented a constant challenge, as the quality of care varied from one salesperson to the next.
The arrival of Darwin AI brought significant changes. Since its implementation, we have managed to reduce the size of our sales team by half, resulting in significant cost savings.
